TECHNICAL DATA: Boxes made of technical polymers that develop high resistance to impact and mechanical stresses. Their glow fire resistance meets the requirements of IEC 695-2-1 (Glow Fire Test: 650°).

PROTECTION CLASS: IP 20

CONDUCTOR: Cable made to quality label IMQ-HAR (300/500 V-), Type H05 W-F (PVC), CEI 20-20, CENELEC HD 21.

PLUG: lnjection moulded PVC plug made to quality label IMQ-HAR with protected pins in accordance with CEI 23-16; CEI 23-5; CEE 7 VII.

SOCKET: Socket with holes protected against accidental or voluntary contact as specified by CEI 23-16, CEI 23-5, German technical specifications DIN and VDE as well as French technical specifications UTE (non protected).

RACK: Painted metal tube with rubber handle and drum sling.

OVERHEAT CIRCUIT BREAKER (supplied on request): Manual or automatic reset bimetallic protection device against overheat. WARNING: the in overheat circuit breaker provides no protection against overload or short circuit. Maintenance work, if any, must always be carried out with the circuit cut out. (identification and code: DISG).

INDELIBLE DATA PLATE: The plate offers informations on caracteristic nominal values and the permissible power take up.

FIELD OF APPLICATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: These flex wire boxes are intended for short time temporary use. They should not be used in places in which they could be easily exposed to the outbreak of fire or explosion. Users are recommended to unroll completely the cable prior to the use and make sure that the power take-up does not exceed the value stamped the box. Any power take-up in excess of the permissible one may cause a fire to break out. Users are also recommended to check regularly the integrity of the cable. Maintenance work, if any, must be carried out with the circuit cut out. Flexible wire boxes should never be used for applications other than their intended use. Users are recommended to read instructions carefully.
